Palazzo has fast become the place to enjoy something to eat and drink in Royston. Using fresh, locally sourced produce where possible, we strive to create the perfect meal in a warm relaxing atmosphere. Our menu is Italian and mediterranean influenced created  for us by our head chef Adriano. All our fish is supplied by our family firm and comes direct from Billingsgate.
