Palazzo can cater for parties of 8 to 80. All we need is a little warning and we can agree a menu which is sure to suit your budget and satisfy the most discerning guests. We can even cater for private parties and business functions. Palazzo is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion.

Beaujolais Breakfast

It was an early start to the day with the members of Royston's Chamber of Commerce rallying to try this years release of Beaujolais Nouveau. With the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the restaurant, guests soon became adjusted to the extra early start and conversations started to flow through out. Our head Chef Luciano, in true Italian style, served out Melon and Proscuitto with a raspberry coulis to start, followed with a warm Frittata Italiano topped with vine ripened tomatoes, roasted with balsamic... and not to mention a glass of the worlds youngest wine.

On the third Thursday of every November, bars, restaurants and hotels all over the world release the current years Beaujolais as an indicator of the regions vine production. The Gamay grapes are hand picked and fermented and bottled, ready to drink within 8 weeks making this wine the youngest on any table. With flavours of peardrop, banana and fig, this plum coloured vino is created to be enjoyed wilst it is fruity, fresh and immature.

Fight Hunger / Eat out

Throughout September and October, and centred around World Food Day on 16th October, Michelin star and independent restaurants, chains, cafes and gastro pubs unite in the fight against hunger by inviting food lovers to help make a difference simply by eating out. And here at Palazzo we are no different!

We wanted to let you all know about the "Fight Hunger / Eat Out" fundraising campaign that is on now. Restaurants from across the UK get together to raise money and awareness for Action Against Hunger, the humanitarian organisation committed to ending child hunger.
